How It Works
 
1. Preview the songs
 
Browse 14 genres and listen to excerpts from all 56 songs—four songs in each genre. Explore the options before recording your voice or committing to an order.

2. Review consent and choose how your voice is stored

Read the voice recording consent information before recording. You will confirm your consent and make your choices on the recording page.

Choose whether to delete your recordings and voice profile from active storage within seven calendar days after your order is complete, or keep them for future birthday gifts.

Participation in our internal improvement program is a separate, optional choice. It does not extend your chosen storage period.

Snapshot and backup deletion timing remains unconfirmed; the consent document explains these limits.

3. Record your voice

Use your phone, tablet, or computer with a suitable microphone.

Earbuds with a working microphone are also an option.

Choose a quiet place and complete the microphone test before starting.

Follow the guided sections and listen to the demonstrations.

Allow approximately 10 to 20 minutes for recording, stay within a comfortable vocal range, and avoid straining your voice.

Feel free to repeat sections for better results.

You may also record a short personal birthday message. This is optional and is kept separate from voice-model training.

4. Submit your recordings

When you are satisfied with your saved recordings, submit them for processing.

We check and prepare your recordings, train your voice profile, and complete its preparation automatically.

You can follow progress on the screen.

Preparation can take around an hour and may take longer if processing is delayed.

5. Choose your song

Once your voice profile is ready, select a genre and choose one of its four songs.

Listen to the excerpts before making your selection.

Each song is a different musical interpretation of Birthday Serenade, arranged in the selected genre.

6. We create and check your song

We use your voice profile and AI-assisted singing conversion to create a version of your chosen song featuring your voice.

If you recorded a personal message, we add it to the end.

We check the finished song for processing issues.

Results can vary, and AI-assisted conversion may produce pronunciation differences or other audible imperfections.

7. Review, approve, and pay

When your song is ready, listen to a short excerpt before deciding whether to approve it.

You will not be asked to pay until you approve the result.

After approval and payment, we will email the finished MP3 to you, ready to share with the birthday recipient.
